				Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of AV technicians I and II.
* Report and communicate effectively with stakeholders including DOD customers and company management.
* Install, assemble, and repair AV systems according to systems documentation and industry standards and best practices.
* Maintain current as-built documentation of all system installations, including redlines, to be provided to the AV Designer for record and reference.
* Ability to read and understand project drawings and schematics, engineering notes, and operation manuals.
* Experienced in the installation of AV systems and equipment, including control systems, signal routing, and processing components.
* Demonstrate strong cable management skills with the ability to route, secure, and label cables neatly and professionally. 
* Skilled in the installation of heavy or large displays and complex video wall solutions.
* Familiarity with multimedia (VTC, video walls, Crestron), telecommunication transport, secure and non-secure voice communications
* Ability to fabricate, cable, and test equipment racks and cabinets.
* Possess ability to properly terminate various cable types, including CAT6, RS-232, BNC, XLR, and Phoenix connectors, with full signal testing.
* Follow technical drawings to rack and stack equipment with a strong focus on cable management.
* Demonstrate effective communication skills using tact and courtesy along with the ability to handle pressure sensitive situations.
* Ability to properly and safely use / operate hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic test equipment.
* Able to perform installations and break/fix actions while on ladders or crawl spaces of various heights and depths.
* Demonstrated ability to work with and without direct supervision.
* Good interpersonal and time management skills
* Must be detail oriented, with the ability to multitask and handle deadlines and tight timelines.
* Troubleshoot a variety of audiovisual systems for high visibility and mission critical systems.
* Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites.
* Ability to stand and work on ladders for extended periods as required by project conditions.
* Capable of performing, tracking, and maintaining large scale equipment inventories to ensure accurate accountability of project assets.
* Responsible for timely and accurate completion and submission of project documentation and administrative forms.
* All other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

* Willing to travel up to approximately 80% of the time, both within the Continental United States (CONUS) and outside the Continental United States (OCONUS).
* Ability to obtain or possess a US Passport.
