Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the design and execution of property digital displays
* Responsible for audio and visual programming, implementation, and troubleshooting. This includes, but not limited to, video wall displays, pylon signs, property televisions, content management systems and monitoring sound levels. Works in conjunction with vendors on the set up of all audio visual systems for entertainment/concerts and venues and coordinates any maintenance needs with the other departments or outside vendors
* Actively review lighting designs, sound, and video requirements to ensure all necessary equipment has been prepared
* Set up AV equipment for entertainment events and work with band members to load, setup, and remove equipment
* Manage property audio and television needs throughout the property
* Coordinating with IT team to take work orders, prioritize and resolve computer system issues
* Provide technical and user support for all business applications and systems, including personal computers.
* Perform business application and system installations, upgrades, conversions and deletions to personal computers
* Perform security administration functions and helps ensure data integrity of users
* Install software and upgrades as needed
* Demonstrate outstanding internal and external servive
* Respond as needed to inquries or concerns from internal and/or external guests
* Attend departmental and company meetings as required
* Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
* Must be at least 21 years of age
* Vocational certification and or Associates degree (BA) from two-year college; or three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Experience with AV technical support (e.g., LCD Projectors, Document Cameras, Video Conferencing, etc.)
* Additional demonstrated knowledge or experience in IT related areas is helpful
* Ability to work under pressure, with tight deadlines, and minimal supervision
* Basic math skills such as adding, subtracting, fractions, decimals, percentages etc
* Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
* Must be willing to work some evenings/weekends and/or share night-and-weekend on-call duty as part of the IT department team
* Ability to read, write, comprehend and speak English
* Physical mobility with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 40 lb
