Responsibilities:
Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation is looking to hire a Work Strategies Specialist/Athletic Trainer for Fed Ex at the DFW Airport. Job responsibilities for this position include OnSite coverage of an industrial client: Early Symptom Intervention, Ergonomic Risk Analysis and injury prevention services. This position is ideal for a well-organized candidate with a diverse scope of interests and the ability to work independently. Industrial experience is a plus, but not necessary.
Job Duties:
* Responsible for OnSite coverage for industrial client 40 hrs/week.
* Design and implement injury prevention programs for the industrial setting.
* Early Symptom Intervention for work-related discomforts providing first aid services as appropriate.
* Ergonomic Risk Analysis.
Qualifications:
* Minimum one year clinical experience, Industrial setting experience a plus
* BS Degree REQUIRED
* American Heart Association BLS CPR Certification
* Licensed Athletic Trainer State of Texas (required)
* BOC certified- preferred but not required
