Join the Novant Health Coastal Carolina Hospital team as our next Assistant Nurse Manager for the ED!
Status: Full Time
Shift: Nights - flexible 8 or 10 hour shifts
Location: Novant Health Coastal Carolina Medical Center - 1000 Medical Center Dr., Hardeeville, South Carolina 29927
Responsibilities:
What you'll do:
* Serve as the primary site lead
* Foster high staff engagement and leadership for night shift staff
* Manage scheduling for night shift
* Collaborate across departments to ensure a Remarkable patient experience
* Identify and mitigate night-specific safety risk
Qualifications:
* Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. Graduate Degree, preferred.
* Experience: Minimum of two years of clinical RN experience, preferred. Prior demonstrated nursing leadership, preferred.
* Licensure/Certification: Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required. NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required.Unit/Dept Specific Required Certifications, required.
* Additional Skills (required): Successful completion of generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing. Ability to successfully complete Leader Education & Training.
