* Job Title: Assistant Nurse Manager, ANM
* Schedule: 11pm-7am, Full- Time, Nights
* Department: - Professional Nursing Resource Team
* Location: Forsyth Medical Center - Winston Salem, NC (Triad Region)
Responsibilities:
The Professional Nursing Resource Team Assistant Nurse Manager supports high-quality care by helping to meet staffing needs across multiple hospital departments. This role offers flexibility and requires the ability to adapt quickly to different patient populations, workflows, and clinical environments. The Assistant Nurse Manager provides leadership and accountability for clinical PRN and benefited float staff to ensure adequate and competent staff that can provide safe and quality care.
Qualifications:
* Education:
* 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required.
* BSN, preferred. Graduate Degree, preferred.
* Experience:
* Minimum of two years of clinical RN experience, preferred. Prior demonstrated nursing leadership, preferred.
* Licensure/Certification:
* Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required.
* NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required.
* Unit/Dept Specific Required Certifications.
* Additional Skills (required): Successful completion of generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing. Ability to successfully complete Leader Education & Training.
