As the Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) for Perioperative Services, you'll provide both clinical and administrative leadership at the unit level-supporting your team through mentorship, performance management, scheduling, and ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality surgical care.
This state-of-the-art facility features nine operating rooms and provides comprehensive coverage for all orthopedic cases, from routine procedures to complex surgeries. The ANM will play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency, fostering collaboration among surgical teams, and supporting Novant Health's commitment to remarkable patient outcomes.
Preferred Skillsets:
* Background in perioperative services
* Proven leadership experience in a high-volume OR
* OR experience highly preferred
* Leadership experience highly preferred
* Familiarity with EMR systems (preferably Epic)
* Excellent communication and team-building abilities
