Overview:
Novant Health is opening a new 11-bed Satellite Emergency Department on Clements Ferry and is seeking a Clinical Nurse Leader to provide clinical and administrative leadership at the unit level.
This leader partners with the Nurse Manager to foster a culture of safety, accountability, and exceptional patient experience while supporting Novant Health's mission, vision, and First Do No Harm safety behaviors.

Responsibilities:
* Provide daily clinical leadership and operational oversight
* Coordinate safe, efficient patient care
* Coach and mentor team members to promote professional growth
* Support quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and patient satisfaction initiatives
* Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
* Assist with staffing, productivity, and budget management
Qualifications:
* BSN required (Master's preferred)
* Current RN license in South Carolina
* Minimum two years of clinical RN experience preferred
* Prior nursing leadership experience preferred
* BLS and required life support certifications
