Overview: Overview Good people, working with good people, for our common good. We are hiring for a Warehouse/Delivery driver to do pickups and deliveries to warehouses. This is a Monday to Thursday, 5 AM - 330PM. Sound good? Responsibilities: The Warehouse & Delivery Associate is responsible for operating powered industrial trucks, loading and securing products for delivery, and ensuring timely and safe transportation of goods. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and delivery logistics. This position requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and excellent communication skills. Qualifications: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: * High school diploma or equivalent preferred. * Valid Class B commercial driver's license required. * 6+ months of driving a tractor-trailer or large truck a plus. * Clean driving record with no moving violations. * Experience operating warehouse equipment, such as electric lifts, hand trucks, and pallet jacks a plus. * A minimum of two (2) years' experience working in a warehouse environment. * Previous experience operating powered industrial equipment (i.e., forklift, pallet jacks, stock pickers, etc.). * OSHA Forklift Certification strongly preferred. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The associate is required to sit. The associate is frequently required to stand, walk, and climb. While performing the duties of this position, the associate is subject to a warehouse environment where temperatures can vary from very cool to very warm. The associate is also exposed to outside weather conditions. The noise levels in the work environment are typically low to moderate.
