Overview:
To provide safe and reliable transportation services for guests in accordance with hotel standards.
Responsibilities:
* Safely transport guests to and from designated locations while providing excellent customer service.
* Assist guests with luggage, packages, and other belongings as needed.
* Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel vehicle, ensuring it is in good working condition.
* Adhere to all traffic laws and hotel driving policies for guest and staff safety.
* Provide local area information and recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
* Communicate effectively with the front desk and other departments to coordinate transportation needs.
* Assist with other guest service duties as needed.
Qualifications:
* Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
* Previous guest service experience preferred.
* Ability to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as required.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Physical Requirements:
* Must be able to lift and carry luggage up to 50 lbs.
* Ability to sit and drive for extended periods.
Tools & Equipment:
* Hotel vehicle, GPS, radio, and telephone.
Working Environment:
* Primarily outdoors with exposure to varying weather conditions.
