Overview: The Associate Pricing Analyst will be responsible for managing day-to-day pricing tasks, assisting with market analysis projects, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting. This role is critical in maintaining pricing integrity across multiple systems and supporting the Analysts in delivering competitive pricing strategies for both our Emergency Preparedness and Cardiac Response divisions. This individual must serve as an effective cross-functional liaison with Sales, Product Marketing, Digital, Customer Care, Purchasing, and Information Systems. Responsibilities: Summary: The Associate Pricing Analyst will be responsible for managing day-to-day pricing tasks, assisting with market analysis projects, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting. This role is critical in maintaining pricing integrity across multiple systems and supporting the Analysts in delivering competitive pricing strategies for both our Emergency Preparedness and Cardiac Response divisions. This individual must serve as an effective cross-functional liaison with Sales, Product Marketing, Digital, Customer Care, Purchasing, and Information Systems. In this position you will play a key role in providing our Emergency Preparedness and Cardiac Response divisions with data insights and optimizing our core processes with those insights. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Data Management * Manage all facets of the Emergency Preparedness and Cardiac Response Pricing via our automated batching system and FreshService platform. * Proactively manage customer assignments to appropriate tier pricing levels based on sales data, customer profiles, and business objectives. Additionally, assign customers to appropriate price sheets, level, and freight terms based upon request. * Conduct in-depth audits at the product and pricing level, leveraging data insights to identify trends, ensure accuracy, and drive continuous improvement. Data Analysis & Reporting * Partner with the Emergency Preparedness and Cardiac Response Analysts on strategic pricing initiatives. * Assess sales percentage by channel to ensure a balanced and optimized sales model. Identifying trends, imbalances on specific channels and recommend adjustments to improve distribution and profitability. * Compile and deliver monthly/quarterly reporting to key stakeholders. Tools and Technology * Build new and enhance existing pricing tools and processes to improve operational efficiency. * Provide workflow coverage for the Emergency Preparedness and Cardiac Response Analysts as required. Skills/Experience Required: * Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field or equivalent work experience. * Strong analytical and organizational skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) * Capacity to manipulate data within Excel using vlookups, pivot tables, and formulas. * Skilled in interpreting data, identifying trends, and applying critical thinking to drive actionable solutions. * Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
