Our IT Asset Management team in Western EMEA is growing and we are adding a talented Associate Consultant to our Microsoft Advisory team.

Responsibilities:
Role Overview: As an Associate Consultant, you will be learning on the job to play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional consultative experiences to our valued customers. We will be helping you to develop your expertise in Microsoft Licensing and Cloud Technology to become instrumental in shaping their technology roadmap. Here's what you'll be learning and doing:
Client Workshops and Presentations:
Conduct regular workshops and engaging presentations for our clients, helping them understand the intricacies of Microsoft solutions.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Dive into complex data sets, analyse trends, and create actionable reports that drive informed decision-making.
Consulting & Advice:
Offer recommendations to align customer roadmaps with Microsoft's technology and license stack.
Translate licensing options and financial impacts, empowering organizations to negotiate effectively.
Customer Support:
Provide exceptional support to our clients, addressing their queries and ensuring their satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Some experience and a lot of talent and enthusiasm for Microsoft licensing. For instance in a sales role or Microsoft operations. Customer oriented, communicative and analytical thinker. Strong people skills with a passion for customer service.
Strong plus:
Exam 70-705: Designing and Providing Microsoft Licensing Solutions to Large Organizations (or equivalent)
