* Support Commercial Efforts: Partner with Sales, Commercial, Omnichannel Marketing and Brand teams to develop retail media plans designed to hit company-wide goals

* Own the "Single Source of Truth": Develop and maintain the master retail media calendar for a portfolio of brands, ensuring total visibility of all retail activity to prevent scheduling conflicts, ensure we hit JBP commitments and meet sales objectives

* Drive Investment Efficiency: Proactively audit media plans to identify overlaps and opportunities for coordination, directly generating media savings to reinvest.

* Optimize Asset Development: Coordinate asset requirements between Brand and Shopper agencies to ensure "Shopper-ready" assets are captured during National shoots,

* Unified Performance Analysis: Aggregate performance data from disparate sources (Retailers, buying platforms, MMM, etc. ) to provide leadership with a holistic view of "Total Commerce" success in conjunction with our Measurement team.

* Make Real-Time Media Optimizations: Go from insights on campaign performance to action in flight to ensure media plans maximize return.

Responsibilities:

* Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

* 3+ years of experience in planning, buying and/or measuring retail media with a focus on on-site media.

* The "Hybrid" Background: Experience working with both National Media (Programmatic, Social, Video) and Retail Media Networks (Amazon Advertising, Walmart Connect, Roundel, etc.) is preferred.

* Financial Acumen: Ability to analyze media rates (CPM, CPC) and ROAS to identify financial inefficiencies.

* Agency Management: Proven experience managing agency scopes, timelines, and deliverables.

* Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Excel (pivot tables, complex data organization), PowerPoint, and familiarity with media tools (e.g., Prisma, various DSPs).

* Influence Across Departments: Highly collaborative with the ability to navigate different functional teams and drive decision making
