What you will do: * Oversee our delivery and warehouse teams composed of Technical, Delivery and Warehouse Associates. (7-12) * Ensure that all customers are receiving top level service and that service levels are met. * Supervise warehouse activities and ensure inventory targets are attained (i.e.: inventory values, days of inventory on hand, etc.) * Maintain positive staff relations through consistent and effective communication including staff meetings, weekly reviews, route rides, and one on one communication. * Make sure relevant administrative procedures are carried out correctly and efficiently in accordance with company policies. * Oversee and manage administrative processes and procedures, ensuring these are executed and completed efficiently and in accordance with corporate policy * Manage, and support the employee lifecycle (recruitment, orientation, and onboarding, retention, and offboarding).
