Associate IT Support Engineer

Contract type: full-time | Location: Sofia, Bulgaria | Working model: hybrid (24/7 shift rotation)

Would you like to grow your skills while supporting enterprise customers worldwide?

We're looking for an Associate IT Support Engineer to join our global Service Delivery Centre. In this role, you'll support enterprise users, troubleshoot incidents, and keep systems running smoothly. You'll learn from experienced engineers, gain certifications, and build a foundation for your IT career.

What you'll do

* Provide remote technical support for enterprise users (Windows, O365, VPN, hardware).
* Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and keep operations stable.
* Collaborate with global teams on escalations and service improvements.
* Document solutions and follow ITIL-based processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management).
* Continuously learn and expand your technical expertise through on-the-job training and certifications.

Qualifications:

* Excellent German (B2-C1) and good English communication skills.
* Knowledge of Windows systems, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
* Basic understanding of networking, VPN, and IT security principles.
* Customer-focused approach, with curiosity and eagerness to learn.
* Flexibility to work in a 24/7 rotational shift model.
