Responsibilities:

* 配置、管理和优化Azure虚拟机、网络、安全组、存储账户等资源。

* 管理和优化Azure安全服务，如Azure Security Center、Azure Policy和Azure Firewall。 Microsoft 365平台支持
* 负责Microsoft 365的服务管理，包括Exchange Online、SharePoint Online、Teams、OneDrive等。
* 管理用户账户、许可、邮件流及服务配置，确保平台的高效运行。
* 监控并提升Microsoft 365的安全性，使用Microsoft 365 Defender、Microsoft Cloud App Security等工具实施安全策略。 日常运维与技术支持
* 响应并解决Azure和Microsoft 365环境中的技术问题，确保服务的连续性。
* 执行定期系统检查和维护计划，预防潜在风险。 文档与知识共享

Qualifications:
任职要求:
* 教育背景: 计算机科学、信息技术或相关专业的学士学位。
* 工作经验: 至少3-5年在Azure和Microsoft 365平台上的运维与安全管理经验。
* 技术技能: o 精通Azure资源管理、网络安全和存储管理。 o 熟悉Microsoft 365服务及其安全配置与故障排除。 o 了解并能够实施云安全实践，有相关认证（如Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate、Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate）者优先。 o 熟练使用PowerShell、Azure CLI及其他自动化工具。
