Responsibilities:
岗位职责： 负责阿里云平台（ECS、SLB、RDS、OSS等）的日常运维、资源规划、部署与监控优化 使用Jenkins、Ansible等工具设计并维护CI/CD自动化流水线，实现开发-测试-生产全链路自动化 编写和维护Terraform/Ansible Playbook等IaC（基础设施即代码）脚本，实现云资源标准化管理 搭建和维护Kubernetes/Docker容器化平台，优化微服务架构部署流程 设计并实施系统监控告警体系（Prometheus/Zabbix/云监控），保障业务高可用性 负责生产环境故障排查与性能调优，制定应急预案及灾备方案 推动DevOps文化落地，优化运维流程并输出标准化文档
Qualifications:
任职要求： 必须项： 3-5年阿里云运维或DevOps领域实战经验，持有阿里云ACP/ACE认证者优先 精通Jenkins Pipeline设计及多分支流水线管理，熟悉Blue Ocean等插件使用 熟练编写Ansible Playbook，具备大规模节点自动化运维经验 掌握Shell/Python脚本开发，能独立完成运维工具开发 熟悉GitLab/GitHub+Argo CD的GitOps实践模式 深入理解TCP/IP、负载均衡、网络安全等原理 加分项： 有Terraform管理多云资源经验 熟悉Service Mesh（Istio/Linkerd）或Serverless架构 参与过金融/电商类高并发系统运维 具备K8s CKA/CKAD认证
