Responsibilities:
主要负责微软Office 365平台相关的技术支持工作,如:
* 售后技术支持及排错 - 客户正常使用Office 365平台后的技术支持工作以及排错。
* 部署/迁移项目实施 - 基于部署实施/迁移方案完成客户现有应用或服务向Office 365平台的迁移工作或客户新业务在Office 365平台上的部署实施,提供现场或者远程技术支持。
* 技术培训 - 为客户提供基于某一专题的技术产品培训
* 采用统一的流程和工具
Qualifications:
任职要求
* 计算机或相关专业本科以上学历
* 2年以上IT领域工作经验
* 具备网络知识,了解主流网络协议,包括SMTP,SIP
* 具备解决问题的能力,有较强的逻辑思维能力
* 熟悉以下2种以上云服务: o Office 365服务,包括Exchange Online,SharePoint Online,Teams,Skype for Business Online o MEM/Intune o Microsoft Defender家族产品,例如,Microsoft Defender for Endpoint,Microsoft Defender for O365, Microsoft Defender for Identity o Azure AD
* 英语能力:听说读写熟练,可以进行英文面试
* 有团队合作精神
