Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the Microsoft Office 365 platform after customer deployment
* Implement deployment and migration projects by executing migration plans for existing applications or services to the Office 365 platform, or deploying new business services on Office 365; offer on-site or remote technical support
* Deliver topic-based technical training sessions to customers
* Follow standardized processes and tools to ensure consistent service delivery
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in the IT industry
* Solid understanding of networking concepts and mainstream protocols, including SMTP and SIP
* Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking ability
* Familiarity with at least two of the following cloud services:
* Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Skype for Business Online
* Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM)/Intune
* Microsoft Defender family products, such as Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Microsoft Defender for Identity
* Azure Active Directory (Azure AD)
* Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing); able to conduct interviews in English
* Strong team collaboration spirit
