Responsibilities:
Associate Consultant - Azure & M365 Support
* Do you enjoy solving complex technical challenges and helping customers succeed?

As an Associate Consultant, you will handle complex support tickets related to Azure and M365, ensuring timely resolution and outstanding customer communication.
Your contribution helps maintain service excellence and supports knowledge sharing within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage incidents and service requests in line with SLAs and customer expectations.
* Collaborate with consultants and stakeholders to gather all necessary information for resolution.
* Provide guidance and coaching to junior team members by sharing best practices and solutions.
* Communicate effectively with customers during critical events and ensure transparency.
* Contribute to process improvements and knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team.

Qualifications:
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a customer-facing support environment.
* Experience in managing, and administering the Azure and M365 services.
* Experience in implementing and supporting Azure infra services such as Log Analytics, Monitoring Services, Cloud Backup Services, and Site Recovery Services.
* Experience in handling M365 services such as Sharepoint Online, Exchange Online.
* Extensive experience in handling Micosoft Entra issues.
* Fundamental experience with on-premises services (Wintel, Acitvi Directory, servers).
* Familiarity with networking concepts (DNS, DHCP) and troubleshooting.
* Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work in a multicultural team.
* Good to be AZ-104 certified.
