Responsibilities:
Join SoftwareOne world-class team and seize the opportunity to work in an exceptionally dynamic and collaborative environment! As an Associate Consultant, you will play a vital role in helping individuals and businesses manage their infrastructures flawlessly.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the single point of contact for customers related to Microsoft Azure issues.
* Learn and use ground-breaking technologies.
* Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide outstanding solutions to our customer's individual needs.
* Drive customer communication during critical events.
* Contribute to knowledge sharing within a community (e.g. team, practice, or project).
* Work with other Consultants to ensure all relevant information is available to resolve incidents or fulfill service requests.
* Coach and mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge in resolving complex cases.
* Raise incident tickets with Microsoft under our Premier Support arrangement with the approval of the Team Lead.
Qualifications:
* More than 3-4 years of relevant experience in managing and coordinating Azure services, Azure Networking, Azure IAAS, Azure Kubernetes services (AKS).
* Experience in implementing and supporting Azure infra services such as Log Analytics, Monitoring Services, Cloud Backup Services, and Site Recovery Services.
* Hands-on experience in Azure Fabric, Synapse, Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks.
* Experience in Azure SQL DB and migration would be an added advantage.
* Fundamental experience with Azure cognitive services (ML, AI, etc), Azure DevOps and Azure Data & Databases.
* Knowledge in handling the network related issues in Azure.
* Good oral and written communication skills in English (C1 level required).
* Proven experience and desire to work in a multicultural team.
