Associate Budget Analyst

Credence has an immediate need for an Associate Budget Analyst in support of Army INSCOM 207th MI DBE, working onsite in Italy. 

Responsibilities:

* Manpower Programming and Budget
* General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS)
* Review procurement requests and recommend corrective actions
* Financial Analysis
* Budget Execution and Data Maintenance
* Current Year Budget Execution reporting
* Resource Allocation
* Organization agreements
* Support for Data Packages
* Civilian Resource Management
* Management and Accounting Support
* Review of MIPRs and UFRs
* DTS/GTC tasks as needed

Qualifications:

* An active TS/SCI clearance is required.
* Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree, or alternatively, 4 additional years of DoD financial management experience in place of a bachelor's degree.
* Experience with the General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) is preferred.
* Completion of Fiscal Law, Planning, Programming, Budgeting, Execution (PPBE), and Intelligence Resource Management courses within 120 days of arrival are necessary.
* Candidates should possess sufficient communication skills to effectively interface with senior military officials, managers, and subordinates.
