				Responsibilities:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for brand management and a keen understanding of global sales operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong a strategic mindset combined with a strong organizational mindset, and the ability to thrive in a diverse and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1) Lead Global Sales Planning and Operations:

* Act as the central point of contact for EU Sales Manager, Bond & Royal, and Commission Sellers, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.
* Manage global allocations efficiently to optimize sales performance across markets.
* Develop and maintain the Sales Toolkit, ensuring its relevance through ongoing learning and updates.
* Coordinate regular training events for global field sales teams to enhance their effectiveness.

2) Brand Manager:

* Establish and execute the brand strategy, defining consumer targets, marketing KPIs, and action plans to drive brand growth.
* Collaborate with the PR strategy manager to create briefs and oversee executional agencies for effective PR and media outreach.
* Take ownership of all marketing efforts, including social media, website management, merchandising, and media strategy, ensuring brand consistency and effectiveness.
* Manage and measure budgets and KPIs for all commercial investments, optimizing resource allocation for maximum ROI.

3) Innovation / New Business Development:

* Spearhead the Innovation Roadmap for The Last Drop and other Sazerac Prestige initiatives, driving quality and valuable innovation.
* Oversee the New Business Development (NBD) process, collaborating with the Operations Coordinator for sourcing and implementation.
* Focus on achieving top-tier consumer pull through innovative product development and market strategies.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

* Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

* 2 to 5 years relevant experience

* Proven experience in brand management, preferably with exposure to luxury.

* Ability to dig deep into the operational challenges that come with innovation management

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.

* Proficiency in project management and budgeting.

* Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
