Responsibilities:

Are you passionate about Microsoft Azure and eager to work in a multifaceted, team-oriented environment? SoftwareOne is looking for a driven individual to join our Azure Support Team. This is an excellent opportunity to deepen your Azure knowledge, collaborate with global professionals, and provide outstanding support to clients worldwide.

As a part of the Support Team, you will be engaged in ensuring that incidents and requests are fulfilled against relevant service level agreements and customer expectations. 

Bonding in a coordinated team as an Associate Azure Consultant you will typically receive tickets on the complex issues occurring in Azure platform. 

You will collaborate with other colleagues Consultants to ensure you have all the relevant information available to resolve the incident or fulfill the service request. 

You will also be encouraged to pass on your knowledge in resolving the case with the more junior members of the team and provide some mentoring for them. 

You may also be required to raise an incident ticket with Microsoft under our Outstanding Support arrangement with the approval of the Team Lead. 

Qualifications:

* 3-4 years of significant experience in managing, and administering Azure services. 
* Experience in supporting Azure Infra Services - Log Analytics, Monitoring Services, Cloud Backup Services, and Site Recovery Services.
* Hands-on experience with Azure services such as Azure Virtual desktop, Azure Virtual machines, Azure networking services.
* Experience in Azure SQL DB and migration would be an added advantage. 

In this role, you will:

* Serve as the single point of contact for customers related to Microsoft Azure issues. 
* Learn and use ground-breaking technologies
* Apply sophisticated solve techniques to provide outstanding solutions to our customer's individual needs
* Drive customer communication during critical events
* Experience and desire to collaborate in a diverse team and environment.  
* Good oral and written communication skills in the desired language(s). C1 level of English Language is required; fluency in other European languages as German, French, Spanish, etc. would be considered an advantage 
* Participate in information exchange within a community (e.g. team, practice, or project)

Nice to have:
* Familiarity with:
* Azure VM management, Azure Active Directory, Azure Virtual Desktop, Azure networking, and connectivity with on-premises infrastructure.
* SQL and databases.
* Certification: AZ-900 certification is an advantage
