Hines Nordics Hines Nordics (HND) is a permanently established business and a subsidiary of Hines Europe, which again is part of Hines, a global leader in real estate with 91.8 billion of investments under management. Established in 2015, HND has grown rapidly in 2025 with investments totaling approximately 1.4bn and is currently invested in the logistics, office and residential real estate sectors across Denmark, Finland and Sweden. HND is invested through Hines funds, JV partners as well as the Hines balance sheet. HND is actively looking to add to its portfolio and is constantly exploring development and investment opportunities, as well as to improve existing investments. HND is organised through its main departments, namely those responsible for Acquisitions, Management Services (Asset and Property Management), Development and Finance. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a small, entrepreneurial and high-caliber business that is very active and looking to remain invested in HND for the long term. Responsibilities: The Associate - Asset Manager will be part of the Management Services department and be based in the newly established Stockholm office. The individual will work closely together with the various internal and external teams and cover a broad range of topics, therefore enjoying a wide exposure to the organisation. You will be part of the growing Hines Nordics team which currently encompasses about 20 individuals. The continued growth of the assets under management has brought about the need for this hire. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Drive business planning and execution, reporting, financial analyses and forecasting processes; * Identify opportunities that create value to the investments; * Support in due diligence processes for acquisitions; * Lead disposal processes (whenever applicable); * Lead lease negotiations, albeit with internal or external counterparts; * Produce presentations and recommendations to the investor funds and / or internal clients; * Safeguard that processes in-place are being adhered to; * Conduct market research and keep market information up-to-date; * Monitor and follow-up on various ad-hoc actions and requests. Qualifications: Minimum Requirements include: * Have a completed a bachelor or masters course; * Have a minimum of five years of relevant work experience; * Have a 'client is customer' attitude in external contacts, focused on tenant satisfaction; * Have a positive attitude, is communicative and fosters a good team spirit; * Be accurate and have a good eye for detail; * Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Powerpoint; * Be fluent in Swedish and strong English, both written and spoken; * Be ambitious and motivated to work hard in an international growing business.
