Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Oversees the coordination of resident services, documentation, onboarding, and engagement activities for the Assisted Living community. Serves as a key liaison among residents, families, staff, and external partners to ensure smooth communication and high‑quality service delivery. Ensures that services support the comfort, satisfaction, and overall experience of residents.

* Collaborates with campus leadership to support the day‑to‑day coordination of resident services and overall operational flow.
* Ensures that pre‑admission information is collected and communicated to appropriate team members and monitors for non‑clinical changes that require follow‑up.
* Oversees Lifestyle and Care Needs information gathering to support accurate service planning, without performing clinical assessments.
* Supports residents with non‑clinical daily living needs such as dining assistance, social engagement, and general comfort.
* Ensures CareTracker and other documentation systems are updated accurately and promptly by staff.
* Reviews documentation for completeness and communicates needed updates to appropriate team members.
* Leads and assists in developing service plans in collaboration with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members, ensuring clear communication to caregivers.
* Facilitates Assisted Living Resident Meetings and ensures timely follow‑up on feedback and concerns.
* Coordinates non‑clinical aspects of pharmacy/medication processes such as communication, documentation flow, and compliance tracking, without handling or administering medications.
* Serves as a liaison between residents, families, external providers, and campus teams to support communication and service coordination.
* Supports staff in following established service routines and ensures adherence to company policies and state guidelines.
* Assists in training caregivers on non‑clinical topics such as documentation, customer service, infection‑prevention practices, and resident engagement.
* Participates in interviewing and selecting caregivers and support staff for the Assisted Living unit.
* Assists leadership in recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of non‑clinical team members.
* Ensures employees meet required CPR/First Aid and orientation training standards per state and company policy.
* Participates in weekend management rotation and provides on‑call support for non‑clinical issues as needed.
* Supports marketing efforts by participating in tours, inquiries, and move‑in coordination when appropriate.
* Executes strategies to build relationships with referral sources and distributes campus information as needed.
* Serves on and participates in campus committees such as customer service, quality assurance, and policy review.
* Attends required company in‑service training programs.
* Other duties as assigned.

Education:  High School / GED
Experience:  0-1 years

Licenses and Certifications

* Valid CPR certification
* Valid drivers' license and ability to operate a large van/bus (up to 15-passenger) vehicle

Sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, and moving intermittently during working hours. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs. Must be able to maintain verbal and written communication with co-workers, supervisors, residents, family members, visitors, vendors, and all business associates outside of the health campus.

Travel:  Yes: Minimally, as required (Typically less than 10%)
