Assistant Program Manager - West Meadow

The pay for this position starts at $21.70/hour, with additional compensation added for higher education and/or years of relevant experience up to $25.74/hour.

This position is located in Rutland, MA.

The available schedule for this position is Sunday through Wednesday; 1pm - 11pm.

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health - Massachusetts serves students with various complex psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders, including but not limited to Autism Spectrum Disorder. Devereux's West Meadow program serves IDD/ASD males, ages 6 - 15 and provides ABA services. With 1 staff to 3 students ratio (1:6 overnights), this program teaches emotion regulation skills, adventure based counseling and PBIS earnings. West Meadoe offers a high level of individualized care that supports the individuals' growth and development.

As an Assistant Program Manager, you will:

* Be passionate about working with and helping youth.
* Provide and ensure therapeutic interventions in a compassionate and safe environment. 
* Collaborate with the Program Manager/Director to create program vision and a positive working environment.
* Assist with the planning and implementation of programing for individuals.
* Assist with staffing and other aspects of program management as needed. 
* Possess a high level of organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications:

Job Qualifications:

* Must be 21 years of age or older.
* Valid driver's license required. 
* Bachelor's degree required.
* 1 year experience working with individuals under 21 with psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders, and/or autism spectrum disorders required.
* 1 year of relevant supervisory experience preferred. 
* Must be able to attend a 2-week paid orientation, Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4PM, in Rutland, MA.
