Contributes to the continuous improvement of customer satisfaction (e.g. makes decisions from a customer/patient perspective). * Promotes professional environment and career development as retention strategy. * Provides on-going feedback to employees regarding performance expectations. * Conducts employee performance evaluations on a timely basis so that at least 90% are complete by the due date. * Works collaboratively with the department director. * Prepares and directs patient-care assignments based upon patient acuity and competency of available personnel. Qualifications: Required * Registered Nurse with two (2) to three (3) years of work experience with demonstrated leadership potential * Registered Nurse: CA RN * Basic Life Support - CPR BLS * Advanced Cardiac Life Support ACLS Preferred * Critical RN Adult/Neonatal/Pediatric/Acute * Trauma Certified Registered Nurse * Certified Neuroscience RN * Certified Stroke Registered Nurse
