Your exceptional communication will transform every interaction into a powerful opportunity to elevate understanding and drive our shared mission for superior patient outcomes. * Demonstrates technical nursing skills (as documented in unit skills list). * Utilizes the nursing process to provide safe therapeutic care for patients. * Utilizes the nursing process to identify and meet educational and discharge needs of the patients. * Documentation of the nursing process as required by hospital standards. * Assumes responsibility for pursuing continued training and education. * Demonstrates the ability to organize and prioritize efficiently. Qualifications: Required * 2-3 years experience as an ER RN * Registered Nurse: CA, upon hire * Basic Life Support - CPR, within 30 Days * Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 30 Days * Pediatric Advanced Life Support, within 30 Days
