Responsibilities:
Job Responsibilities
* Oversee Daily Finance Operations
Focus on Order-to-Cash (O2C) and revenue analysis to support business operations and decision-making.
* Month-End Closing Support
Review journal entries and accounting schedules to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
* Stakeholder Communication
Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve issues and inquiries related to O2C, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.
* Internal Controls & Policy Development
Ensure proper internal controls are in place and assist in developing and implementing financial policies and procedures as needed.
* Financial Planning & Process Improvement
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities, as well as participate in process improvement initiatives.
* Audit, Tax & Compliance
Assist in statutory audits, tax filings, and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements (e.g., quarterly surveys and reporting obligations).
Qualifications:
Requirements
* Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Statistics or related disciplines
* At least 7 years of relevant experience in finance operations; prior experience in auditing is a plus
* Qualified member or finalist of HKICPA or equivalent is preferred
* Experience and knowledge in IT Solutions business will be an advantage
* A self-motivated and detail-oriented team player with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Presentable and analytical with good interpersonal skills and strategic mindset
* Proficiency in MS Excel, BI tools, and financial systems for data analysis and reporting
* Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
