Overview:
* Degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, or a related discipline.
* Professional qualification (HKICPA or equivalent) is preferred.
* Experience in the IT solutions or technology industry is an advantage.
* Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills with high attention to detail. Self-motivated and detail-oriented team player
* Proficient in MS Excel, BI tools, and financial systems.
* Strong command of English and Cantonese.

Qualifications:
We are seeking an Assistant Finance Manager to support our finance operations and ensure reliable, accurate, and compliant financial processes for our Hong Kong business.
* Oversee finance operations across Order‑to‑Cash (O2C), Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P), and Record‑to‑Report (R2R) to ensure timely and accurate execution.
* Support month‑end closing, including review of journals and accounting schedules to maintain reporting quality.
* Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve finance‑related enquiries and maintain strong cross‑functional alignment.
* Maintain and strengthen internal controls, policies, and compliance processes, assist in statutory audit, tax filing and regulatory filings.
* Contribute to process improvements, budgeting, and financial planning & analysis initiatives.
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus.
