The services provided include engineering, heavy lifting and transportation solutions including marshaling, ballasting, weighing, load-in and load-out transportation services. Responsibilities: * Prepare lifting plan, transport arrangement, structural check and sometimes marine scope to support engineering solutions. * Site survey to make sure all lifting, transport, ballasting and mooring work could be applied based project site condition. * Creating drawings, calculations, method statement, risk assessments and other key documents. * Coordinate with the operation team and client for correct and smooth execution on site. * Ensure on-site operation to adherence to design drawings, guaranteeing project stability, safety, and operational efficiency. * Regular Internal training to keep engineering knowledge updated. Qualifications: * Bachelor or master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or a similar engineering discipline. * Computer skills including CAD and Microsoft Office. * English communication skill for verbal and written.
