Overview:
BuzzBallz is a beverage manufacturer producing ready-to-drink cocktails and spirits in Carrollton, TX. Our facility is located at 2114 McDaniel Dr., Carrollton, TX 75006.
Responsibilities:
We're looking for an Assistant Bottling Manager to lead and oversee bottling operations with a strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. This role is hands-on and people-focused, requiring strong leadership and a proven ability to mentor supervisors, develop teams, and optimize production.
* Manage bottling operations to meet production and quality goals
* Mentor and lead supervisors and departmental staff
* Drive safety programs and ensure OSHA and company compliance
* Lead continuous improvement and capital projects
* Support new product development and equipment implementation
* Resolve quality issues and lead root cause efforts
* Coordinate cross-functionally with other departments (shipping, customer service, QA)
* Monitor, evaluate, and develop departmental performance and skills
Qualifications:
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in related field
* 7+ years of experience within bottling or CPG experience in a manufacturing or production environment
* Strong planning and organizational skills
* Proven leadership track record
Preferred: Alcohol beverage or CPG experience, Supply Chain and Org Development
