The Asset Management Specialist coordinates asset management physical inventory of all NSGB assets as directed. This position reports to the Production Control Manager. Ensures assets are correctly labeled and that the physical inventory is aligned to the system of record Maximo data. Sustains a safe and secure work environment encompassed with V2X values and code of conduct.

Responsibilities:

Major Job Activities

* Collects and analyzes data necessary to manage Assets IAW the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
* Provides Production Control Manager with oral, written, and statistical reports utilizing Maximo.
* Ensures all assets are tracked appropriately in V2X Maximo and that they can be reconciled at any time with the PWS Attachment J.
* Ensures 100% compliance with all PWS, contractual requirements, and quality controls within the department relative to USG contractual requirements.
* Interfaces with Annex Leadership, providing reports and data when requested.
* Compiles historical or other data and utilizes data and trend analysis techniques to predict future outcomes.
* Reviews records to ensure each Maintenance of V2X managed assets are accomplished in accordance with the V2X Program Manager's program and work schedule.
* Collaborates closely with Annex leaders and engineering teams to ensure program facilities, ground structures, personal property equipment, installed equipment and systems to ensure proper operation, to minimize breakdowns, and to maximize useful life.

Qualifications:

* Minimum Qualifications
* Education/Certifications:
* Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
* Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
* Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card.
* Must be able to successful pass a preemployment drug screen and medical screening.
* Must be able to pass a background check.

* Experience:
* More than one-year experience with Asset Management and Work Control.
* Must have significant data knowledge using excel or CMMS software for asset management and maintenance.
* Previous experience in a customer service position and automated processing data system input skills are a must.
* Prior experience working in the US Military or Government Contracting environment.

* Demonstrates a professional demeanor, work effectively with all levels of employees, including top, middle and other supervisory levels of management.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Ability to deliver training on his/her area of expertise to the lowest level.
* Ability to write procedural documents related to his/her functional area.
* Ability to exercise direction and good judgment, possess high-level organizational and planning skills.
* Ability to communicate well orally and in written English.
* Possess an advanced level of computer skills in the use of creating databases, spreadsheets and knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.

* Material & Equipment Directly Used:
* Personal computer, printers, network equipment and other general office equipment.
* Office automation, CMMS Maximo and Microsoft Office software programs.
* Work related activities may require use of Personal Protective Equipment including but not limited to head, foot, hand, torso, respiratory, vision and hearing protective devices.

* Working Environment:
* Generally conducted in an office or shop environment but duties may involve outdoor activities with the potential exposure to extreme climatic conditions.
* Work will require work in areas where potential exists for exposure to extreme ambient temperatures.
* Compliance required with OSHA, EPA, Fire Regulations and Company work policies.

* Physical Requirements:
* The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and/or operation of machines (including inspection); using measurement devices; and/or assembly or fabrication parts at distances close to the eyes.
* Medium work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
