You will conduct routine rounds, respond to issues, and deliver standout customer service while communicating clearly with store teams and visitors. What You'll Do: * Provide customer service to shoppers, tenants, and store associates while carrying out Allied Universal security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. * Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the retail sales floor, entrances, stock areas, and exterior perimeter, noting and reporting unusual conditions and/or potential policy violations. * Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including disturbances, medical situations, and/or suspected theft, and notify management and/or local authorities as required. * Monitor access points and high-traffic areas, assist with crowd and/or line management during peak times, and help to deter unauthorized entry and/or disorderly behavior through visible presence. * Complete shift activity logs and incident reports, document security-related observations, and communicate pertinent information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision. Minimum Requirements: * A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. * A Level III Armed Certification is required in Texas only. * Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. * Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. * As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. * Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. * As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. * Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. * A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
