Responsibilities:

* Supports the Company in achieving its vision, mission, and core values.
* Perform other tasks as assigned to help accomplish the Company's strategic goals.
* This position has direct supervisory responsibilities of employees to include mentoring, coaching, and counseling staff as needed. 
* Oversee strategic resource management.
* Provide client management and oversight of project delivery in different areas. 
* Collaborate with management to implement strategies to increase market shares. 
* Lead the management and execute business development plans and strategies to expand customer base. 
* Implement best management practices as they relate to proposal development, effective project delivery and execution, and maximize operational profitability. 
* Coordinate with peers across other geographic areas to manage resources . 
* Work closely with Talent Acquisition team to recruit most qualified applicants.
* Utilize business development skills to expand market shares for new and existing clients.

Qualifications:

* Experience in the Transportation industry with extensive experience managing people, projects, operations, budgets and business development and developing strategies to achieve business goals. 
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
* Licensed Professional Engineer preferred. 
* Ability to lead a diverse staff and collaborate with leaders across multiple regions. 
* Must posses a good driving record. 
* History of establishing relevant client relationships and industry contacts in the market. 
* Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks concurrently. 
* Transportation roadway construction management experience preferred. 
* Prior knowledge of roadway transportation rules, regulations, and specifications preferred. 
* Possess good writing, verbal, and presentation skills. 
* Willing and able to travel as part of ordinary business .
