Location: Atlanta, GA
Full-Time | $85,000 base + commission

Aquafinity is seeking a dynamic and driven Area Business Manager to join our high-performing team in the Atlanta region. In this client-facing role, you will lead the charge in growing our footprint across the region, managing key accounts, and driving new business for our industry-leading commercial water quality control systems and services.

 What You'll Do:

* Own and manage a defined territory in the Atlanta metro and surrounding areas
* Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers across the commercial aquatic and recreation sectors
* Conduct client site visits, perform product demos, and offer technical guidance on equipment and systems
* Collaborate with internal teams, including Engineering, Service, and Operations, to ensure exceptional customer outcomes
* Generate new business through outbound efforts, industry networking, CRM activity, and trade shows
* Provide hands-on training to clients on product usage and troubleshooting
* Monitor key metrics and report on regional performance, growth, and market trends

What You Bring:

* 5+ years of B2B sales experience (aquatic, pool, HVAC, or water systems industry a plus)
* Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate equipment-based solutions
* Experience managing a large geographic territory and a consultative sales cycle
* CRM, Microsoft Office, and ERP software proficiency
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven mindset
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region (overnight travel may be required)

Bonus Qualifications:

* Experience in commercial pool operations or facilities maintenance
* Knowledge of water chemistry, filtration, or pump systems
* Aquatic Facility Operator (AFO) Certification - or willingness to complete within the first year
* Bachelor's Degree or Associate Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
