Responsibilities: Our newest opportunity is for a talented GCC Architect Inspector to join our award-winning team based in Madinah, KSA. We envisage success in this role to include: * Maintain professional and meaningful relationships with the client to ensure program and project requirements are being satisfied. * Ensure the delivery of the contracted Design and Construction Management services to the client. * Submit shop drawings and material submittals against the drawings & specifications, local codes and statutory requirements and international best practice * Ensuring compliance with all KEO internal processes and procedures. * Effective verbal and written communication proficiency. * Time management and task prioritization skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Qualifications: To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 5 years work experience partnered with a Bachelor degree in Architecture.
