In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various administrative and human resources functions.
You will work closely with professionals in the field to:
* Participate in continuous improvement projects to optimize the employee experience.
* Assist in the organization and coordination of events and activities.
* Support the management of recognition programs, promoting a culture of appreciation and motivation.
* Collaborate in planning the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all induction activities and sessions are conducted efficiently and effectively.
* Coordinate the issuance and renewal of employee ID cards, ensuring all staff have the necessary identification for facility access.
* Implement and monitor the area's communication plan.
* Assist in preparing reports based on microclimate surveys conducted with work teams.
* Manage and update databases.
