Are you looking for an Apprenticeship opportunity? We are hiring 2 Customer Success Managers for our Apprenticeship Program in Paris.
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, where you will manage quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day customer requests. You will be responsible for a list of accounts in the region. You will also coordinate with the various Teams in SoftwareOne and ensure customer needs are met in a timely and accurate manner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate with the relevant Licensing Specialists to provide license knowledge and support during the sales process
* Serve as key resource for volume license offerings
* Act as the single point of contact for account manager and customer, supporting their day-by-day delivery and overseeing
* Develop and maintain consultative relationships with existing customers
* Grow and maintain existing customer and partner relationships
* Establish and expand relationships with key executives and decision makers
Qualifications:
* You can do an Apprenticeship agreement with your school/university and us for 1 year
* You manage Excel
* You have ability to:
* Show initiative
* Maintain a positive attitude
* Adapt to and embrace change in a rapidly changing environment
* Maintain and promote good client relations, maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
