This is a remote role that will require the successful candidate to work out of the Redditch office 1 day a week. What We Offer: * Competitive Salary - Up to 38,620 per annum, depending on experience * 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays * Enhanced overtime rates for additional earnings * Annual bonus (up to 4%) - subject to performance (historically paid out) Responsibilities: About the Role: As a Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for the setup, maintenance, support, and administration of key operational and back-office systems. You'll act as the main point of contact for system queries, support business-critical applications, and work closely with internal teams and external providers to ensure our systems perform at their best. Qualifications: Key Responsibilities: * Administer and maintain core systems including CAFM, WMS, Time Track, Logicgate, and back-office platforms. * Support the adoption of new technologies and provide ongoing system administration. * Act as the interface between internal users and system providers, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and effectively. * Carry out system testing ahead of upgrades or new functionality rollouts. * Support MI and wider business teams with automated and ad-hoc reporting. * Manage user accounts and maintain access security policies. * Provide training, guidance, and support to system users across the organisation. * Conduct data analysis, cleansing, and reporting as required. * Ensure systems are updated in line with business and client needs. * Help maintain the performance and reliability of business-critical systems. Skills & Experience: * Proven experience in system analytics and maintaining business applications. * Strong skills in data analysis, data cleansing, and data administration. * Experience with CAFM and WMS systems. * Familiarity with Finance, HR, H&S, and L&D back-office systems.
