Responsibilities:

* To deliver pre & post-sales customer support, solving technical questions of varied scope and complexity based on Keysight products and services to ensure high customer satisfaction and increased renewals.
* Manage day to day operations and workload expectations autonomously according to global technical support KPIs
* Share technical expertise across the team and write deep technical articles for the customer knowledgebase
* Close cooperation with sales, service representatives and the Keysight product and software and solution centres. The technical support application engineer is the technical interface between the customers and the Keysight Worldwide support team.
* Take proactive actions while interacting with customers in terms of solving current questions or addressing potential future needs to delivery highest customer experience
* Develop into the Automation and L4-7/L2-3 Protocol experts within Keysightcare for products and solutions.
* Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continually improve testing methodologies
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
* Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's and/or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related scientific discipline.
* Language Proficiency: Strong command of the English language is essential.
* Experience: 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in Automation, Network & Security testing.
* Technical Skills:
Automation: Hands-on experience on Design, develop, and maintain software solutions in Python programming and test automation using Robot Framework, with a strong understanding of automation infrastructure. Skilled in version control systems, particularly Git.
Proficient in Jenkins and Azure DevOps, with experience in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines, configuring parameters via .INI files.
Demonstrated experience in utilizing REST APIs for test automation, bash/batch scripting, including the ability to design, develop, and execute automated test scripts that interact with RESTful web services.
Security Testing:
We are looking for a highly skilled and driven Security Test Engineer with hands-on experience on IPSEC, SSL, HTTPS, GRE, Malwares, Strikes, Attacks, Application traffics. Breaking Point System (BPS) and CyPerf is added advantage.
Networking:
Strong understanding of Layer 4 to Layer 7 protocols and data traffic
Good exposure to networking and familiarity with IxLoad/Breaking point System is a plus.
Cloud Platforms:
Hands-on experience on different cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP. Even good exposure to in-premise cloud environment (VM Ware, KVM.)
