Responsibilities:
Cooper IT is excited to offer an Application Analyst III position on our on our Epic Applications Team. Our team is focused on all things Epic.
We are looking for a candidate who has experience working with Patient Access workflows who would be responsible for:
* Providing complex qualitative and quantitative analysis on data and information collected as part of application requirement gathering.
* Identify requirements, provide fit gap analysis, and create effective technical solutions for business needs.
* Design, validate and confirm new or changed functionality with the supported application environment that meets customer specifications.
* Troubleshoot research and solve technically challenging issues impacting operational workflows for providers, patients, and end users. Act as liaison between the end user and application analysts.
* Implement and manage small to medium level projects.
* Demonstrates strong customer service orientation and ability to interact well with diverse end-users, Physicians, and IT Staff.
* Patient Champion: Keeping the patient experience first and foremost in all that we do.
* Organization Champion - speak up, share ideas, and best practices on processes we could improve upon internally.
Qualifications:
* Attend Cooper training classes to learn operational workflows.
* Ability to communicate effectively.
* Attention to detail.
* Support Go-Live events
