Responsibilities:

We are recruiting a general anesthesiologist to join our collaborative care team at St Joseph Medical Center in Tacoma, WA. Procedures include OB, thoracic, vascular, general surgery, orthopedics, trauma, and ENT.  St. Joseph Medical Center is a level II trauma regional medical center with 385 beds.  Procedures include OB, thoracic, vascular, general surgery, orthopedics, trauma, and ENT. 

* 385 bed Level II Trauma, tertiary care medical center, non-profit, part of Virginia Mason Franciscan Health and larger CommonSpirit Health Organization
* Surgical specialties in OB, Cardiac, Thoracic, Vascular, General Surgery, Neurosurgery, Orthopedics, Trauma, ENT as well as Gastroenterology, Electrophysiology, Interventional Cardiology, and NeuroInterventional Radiology
* Highly collaborative team and supportive Administration
* Dedicated Anesthesia Practice and Operations Manager

Qualifications:

* MD or DO Degree and Active Board Certification/Eligible
* Candidates should have completed an ACGME-accredited residency
* Must have or be eligible for Washington State medical license
* Ability to achieve full and unrestricted hospital privileges
* Is a team-oriented provider that is passionate about providing quality care to all in need
