Location: Coastal Carolina Hospital -1000 Medical Center Dr, Hardeeville, South Carolina 29927
Status: Full Time
Schedule: 3x12 or 4x10 schedule, 6:30 am-7:00 pm, Call and weekend rotation

Responsibilities:
Key Duties:
* Prepare and Maintain Anesthesia Equipment: Set up, calibrate, and check all anesthesia machines, monitors, and related equipment before each procedure, ensuring they are in safe and proper working order.
* Assist with IV Access and Monitoring: Under the direction of the anesthesia provider, assist with the placement of intravenous (IV) lines and the application of standard physiological monitors (ECG, pulse oximetry, NIBP, etc.).
* Stock and Manage Supplies: Maintain inventory, order, and stock all anesthesia supplies, medications, and disposable equipment in operating rooms and procedure areas.
Qualifications:
* Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.
* Experience: Previous experience preferred but not required, preferred.
* Licensure/Certification: RQI Responder - must obtain within 90 days of hire, required.
* Additional Skills (required): Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing. Understands and practices the importance of proper cleaning and disinfecting of anesthesia equipment; inventory and ordering ability in order to meet supply and demand; some knowledge of anesthesia equipment and medical terminology.
