Responsibilities:
The Integration Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring seamless connectivity and functionality between our Transportation Management System (TMS) and external partners. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining partner integrations through EDI, APIs, AI-driven tools, and third-party platforms. In addition, the Integration Analyst supports functional TMS configuration by implementing process automations, developing optimization programs, and supporting TMS initiatives. By bridging technical solutions with operational needs, this role helps maximize efficiency, data accuracy, and user experience across the platform. Qualifications:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
* Bachelor's degree in IT, Supply Chain Management or a related field is preferred.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience implementing EDI integrations.
* Experience with XSLT for transforming XML data in integration workflows is preferred.
