Responsibilities: The Regional Slotting Analyst is responsible for developing, executing, and continuously improving KeHE's slotting strategy across the assigned distribution centers within their defined region. This role ensures optimal product placement, improved labor productivity, and enhanced order quality by leveraging slotting software, operational analytics, and close partnership with DC leadership. The Regional Slotting Analyst will guide the DC's team of Slotting Analysts, providing direction, development, and performance accountability for all slotting activity within the region. Qualifications: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain, warehousing, logistics, or slotting roles. * Experience with DC operations including receiving, selection, replenishment, and layout design. * Proven experience improving labor productivity through slotting optimization. * Experience leading regional or multi-site projects. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: * Work performed in both office and warehouse environments. * Ability to sit, stand, walk, and move throughout distribution centers for extended periods. * Frequent use of computers, keyboards, and office equipment. * Occasional bending, lifting, or reaching required. * Fast-paced environment with occasional evening or weekend work. * Travel required 25-50% across regional distribution centers.
