This role will be hybrid based out of our Niles, IL HQ!
Responsibilities:
* Collect, analyze, and interpret product performance data across various lifecycle stages
* Create and maintain a product rationalization dashboard, deliver a tri-annual product rationalization report, and identify discontinuation opportunities
* Support the product data governance team with SAP material master data migration testing and verification of product transfers to SAP S4Hana.
* Adopt new corporate business analytics systems and tools, and provide ongoing support and training to the GPM organization for these systems and tools
* Collaborate with product managers, operations, global compliance, engineering, and corporate project teams to create impact analyses for changes to the product portfolio.
* Work with Sales, Regional Product Marketing, Demand Planning, and Finance to develop business cases for product enhancements and new product variants.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Data Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, or Marketing.
* A Minimum of 2 years of experience in product analysis, lifecycle management, data analysis, or related roles.
* Proficiency in developing, maintaining, and managing Tableau-driven dashboards & analytics and working knowledge of Tableau administration/architecture.
* High Proficiency in Excel and other analytical/reporting tools.
* Experience using SAP S4Hana preferred
* Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to review, interpret and present data concisely.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Able to comprehend, develop, and execute business priorities.
* Capability to conduct cost/benefit analysis.
* Familiarity with budgeting and accounting concepts, as well as revenue and expense analysis and reporting.
* Able to participate in and lead cross-functional teams.
* Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and collaborate to achieve goals.
