Associate - Support Analyst 7*24

At SoftwareOne, we are looking for an Associate - Support Analyst to deliver high-quality on-site support to our users, ensuring effective solutions to their technical needs while maintaining outstanding customer service.
How a day to day would look like in this role:
* Provide quality service and timely solutions to user requests.
* Lead and resolve incidents and requests across operational areas.
* Escalate sophisticated or critical situations according to defined channels.
* Address and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and IT component issues.
* Respond to user queries, diagnose problems, and provide technical resolutions efficiently.
* Availability to work on a 24/7 rotating shift schedule is required
Qualifications:
* Technical, technological, or professional training in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Software, or related fields.
* Proven experience as an On-site Support Analyst or in similar technical support roles.
* Strong knowledge in on-site support and maintenance of hardware and software (printers, VPN, technical diagnostics, conference rooms, audio, Avaya).
* Proficiency in Microsoft O365, including Active Directory, Azure, Exchange, SharePoint, and related services.
* Experience in Help Desk operations, incident management, and user support.
* Familiarity with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar tools.
* Excellent communication skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to interact effectively with end users.
