Platform and Orchestration Process Analyst
SoftwareOneScope: Full-time | Location: Medellín | On-site (Hybrid model)
What a typical day in this role looks like:
* Continuous monitoring of client infrastructure and platforms.
* Handling of medium and high complexity incidents and requests across various platforms.
* Support and administration of event orchestrators across multiple platforms.
* Platform administration and execution of complex operational tasks.
Qualifications:
Profile: Technician/Technologist or professional in Systems, Electronics, Software, or related fields with experience in the operation, monitoring, and support of medium to high complexity platforms.
Required Skills:
* Experience in infrastructure and platform support and administration.
* Support for medium and high complexity incidents.
* Management of event orchestrators (e.g., OpCon, Control-M, CLEARPATH, SINCO).
* Operational administration of platforms and data backup.
* Identification and analysis of correlated events.
* Ability to document and transfer knowledge.
* Organization, prioritization, and management of multiple tasks.
* Focus on continuous improvement and process optimization.
