Overview: Works with team to create standard and custom reports for the Sales organization. Works with Sales operations team on applicable tools and business processes to improve operational efficiency. Works with Sales Operations team on conducting less complex sales analysis work. Location- ***Role is required to be onsite in Bogota Colombia office (Hybrid- Minimum of 3 days in the office per week). Responsibilities: * Works to ensure regional sales issues are resolved, collaborating with peers and working with IT function on applicable systems changes * Works with team to provide business and tools support to Sales and other functions * Support sales staff and other departments and supports systems * Updates knowledge base's and standard operating procedures as needed * Works on assigned change requests from creation to closure * Provide communication on system changes to the end user teams * Participates and assists team with project testing as needed * Works with updating of reports and dashboards as needed * Work with key support teams to help resolve or escalate issues * Works with team to support Sales Support Analysis activity * Provide support to "The Source" team with Source license or read only requests * Provide IT support with tasks assigned for On-boarding/off-boarding access to Salesforce, escalate unresolved cases, any IT changes requested are processed in a timely manner and the right communication is provided * Uses discretion and judgment on less complex assignments to ensure customer satisfaction and utilization of time Qualifications: Required Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent vocational experience academic background in an analytical field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Economics) is highly desirable. * Academic or practical exposure to Business Intelligence or data analysis concepts. * Less than 1 year of experience in Sales Operations or applicable role * Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) Preferred Qualifications * Analytic oriented skills * Detail oriented and able to work in fast-paced environment * Ability to manage tasks in a time conscious manner to achieve goals * Solid written and oral communication skills * Experience with Microsoft Excel and databases
